This Week on eHow: Washi Embellished Napkin Rings

For my second installment of eHow-based embellished craft tutorials (see the first here) I wanted to share my DIY washi tape napkin rings! My best friend, Erica, actually gave these little tabletop accessories to me following a whirlwind afternoon of unpacking and organizing after she moved into her house. With no where to put them, she offered the plastic rings to me as a project, and I was all too happy to oblige.
