As the flurry of Christmas crafting subsides, it’s time to consider one of my OTHER favorite parts of the holiday season – the outfits! My family has a fancy night on the town planned for NYE in lieu of a boozy soiree (am I the only one who’s just over those?), so I’m carefully considering my style for the evening. So far, I’ve narrowed it down to two classic options.
OPTION 1:
First, we have an all black ensemble. Nothing seems able to elongate the legs quite like a sleek pair of opaque black tights and high heeled black booties. A matching mini skirt and turtle neck sweater are the finishing touches to this uber sophisticated look.
OPTION 2:
On the other hand, an all white look is certainly tempting this time of year, too. More bejeweled and playful, I think, than the all black number, I’m seriously considering this one to ring in the new year (and Christmas too!)
