I’m so excited to share another holiday feature over on Glitter Guide with you this morning! This one is near and dear to my heart – not unlike all of the projects I create for this and other blogs, but this was a big first for me.
I’ve always wanted to conceptualize and style my own event, and the Christmas season was the perfect time to test the levels of my creativity. So I pulled together some of the best talent in our region and crafted a few DIY pieces of my own to bring it all together.

Kathleen, of Leen Jean Studios, put together the gorgeous custom invitations and lettering, while Debbie, owner of Bloom by Doyle’s, crafted two stunning arrangements for us. The delicate gingerbread house was done by none other than Jennifer, of La Bella Torta, while all of the one-of-a-kind vintage accessories came from Haley, owner of Pastiche at Main, downtown. Liz, of Sincerely Liz, Inc., stepped behind the camera and captured the event, held at Tresca on 8th (thanks, Tara!), to perfection.

The concept? A simple late-season coffee social for me and some of my girlfriends. Something casual and light hearted to allow us a chance to catch up before the holiday season took over our schedules. For the full story, click through to GG, but for now here are some of my favorite photos.
